Responsibilities: The Executive Director provides visionary leadership and operational oversight for a foundation supporting the mental health and well-being of firefighter families. Key duties include strategic planning, fundraising, program development, and managing relationships with the Board of Directors and community stakeholders.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nonprofit Management and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a related field. Proven success in fundraising and a deep understanding of the psychological challenges faced by first responder families are required.
