Financial Manager

Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the finance function, including developing financial models, cash flow forecasting, and plan-vs-actuals analysis. Responsible for reconciling data from primary sources and preparing weekly financial reports for the founder and board.

Requirements: Requires experience in financial planning and management accounting within a startup or SaaS environment. Must be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Stripe, and AI tools, with a high attention to detail and fluency in English and Russian.
