Financial Sourcer Recruiter

Responsibilities: Identify and engage top talent for hard-to-fill IT and high-level Tax positions using various sourcing tools. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines and maintain candidate pools for current and future openings.

Requirements: Requires at least 2 years of sourcing experience with strong Boolean search and LinkedIn skills. Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, or Accounting roles is preferred.
