Financial Wellness Expert

Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, phone-based financial and housing counseling to clients nationwide to help them navigate debt and credit challenges. Develop individualized action plans and maintain accurate client records while adhering to strict confidentiality.

Requirements: Requires the ability to work a specific evening shift (ET) and obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training. Candidates must have a secure home office with high-speed hard-wired internet and a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
