Job description

Responsibilities: Perform crisis and suicide intervention services, basic needs assessments, and provide community service referrals via phone and virtual chat. Offer supportive listening and information to callers facing various life challenges.

Requirements: Must be a Florida resident with at least an associate's degree and combined education/experience of four years. Requires the ability to pass a level two DCF background screening and a drug test.
