GTM Recruiter (Contract), Remote, Contract-MC

Responsibilities: Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, from intake and direct sourcing to closing candidates. Partner with hiring managers to build pipelines and coach them on interviewing and calibration.

Requirements: Requires 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing. Must be comfortable in a high-activity B2B SaaS environment and capable of operating independently.
