Head of Carbon

Responsibilities: Lead the operational and people management functions of the carbon credit team to ensure efficient credit issuance at scale. Coordinate end-to-end project timelines and facilitate knowledge exchange between the carbon team and other departments.

Requirements: Requires a scientific background in carbon, environmental science, or geochemistry with a Master's degree and strong project management experience in a startup environment. Must be a proactive communicator comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing teams in a fast-paced setting.
