Head of People Operations

Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive people operations including talent acquisition, HR compliance, and organizational culture to attract and retain public interest technologists. Partner with executive leadership to align people strategy with business needs while integrating DEI initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements: Requires proven experience as a people operations leader scaling fast-growing organizations and recruiting design and technology professionals. Must possess strong judgment regarding confidentiality, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
