HEDIS Performance Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities: The specialist will plan, design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive program of continuous quality improvement (CQI). They will oversee complex HEDIS project lifecycles and analyze HEDIS data to develop interventions for gaps in care.

Requirements: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, or an associate's or bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing, 2+ years of RN experience, and 2+ years of HEDIS experience.
