HUCA501: Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities: The specialist will plan and manage training activities and development guides for all JerseySTEM volunteers. This includes assessing training needs and implementing methodologies to evaluate the results of these programs.

Requirements: Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a specialty in learning and development. Proficiency in virtual learning approaches and strong communication skills are required.
