The Implementation Specialist II works within a team of professionals responsible for implementing software solutions for TrueCommerce clients. They act as a primary contact through the software implementation process and interfaces with customers (Retailers, resellers, 3rd party IT consultants, 3rd party logistics, and internal resources).
