Responsibilities: The Lead CDS serves as a high-level expert addressing urgent and complex clinical documentation issues and strategic initiatives. They mentor front-line staff, analyze coding trends, and ensure compliance across various markets and systems.

Requirements: Requires a CCDS certification and a combination of education and experience, such as a high school diploma with 2 years of experience or a degree with 1 year. Leadership or management experience and project management skills are preferred.
