Job description

Responsibilities: Lead the patient access scheduling team by coordinating appointments, conducting audits, and facilitating training for new members. Ensure adequate phone coverage and serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling questions and escalations.

Requirements: Requires at least one year of customer service experience in healthcare or professional services with strong computer and organizational skills. Post-secondary education and two years of healthcare customer service are preferred.
