Legal Quality Analyst

Responsibilities: The Legal Quality Analyst manages the medical file review process by auditing reports for accuracy, completeness, and grammatical correctness. They act as a liaison between clients, reviewers, and the operations team to ensure all client questions are addressed.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience as an auto-oriented paralegal, specifically with 18.001 counter affidavits and Tier 1 carriers. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong attention to detail for repetitive legal quality assurance work.
