Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities: Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week delivering individual and family therapy to youth and young adults. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral health assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements: Must hold an active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT). Requires experience or passion for working with children, adolescents, and families in a virtual environment.
