Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time Licensed Professional Counselor is needed to provide virtual mental health services to clients in Tennessee. This role focuses on helping clients understand their challenges, build healthier coping skills, and stay engaged in treatment. You will manage a regular caseload, provide therapy sessions, and document care clearly while working from a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients

• Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needs

• Create clear, goal-based treatment plans

• Support clients with emotional health, relationships, stress management, and personal growth

• Monitor progress and update care plans when needed

• Keep client records organized, accurate, and compliant

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Tennessee

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field

• Experience providing therapy or counseling services

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records

• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
