Mainframe IDMS DBA

Responsibilities: The DBA is responsible for the deployment, operational administration, and performance tuning of enterprise-scale IDMS databases within a z/OS mainframe environment. This includes supporting application developers with database model extensions and maintaining security and backup processes.

Requirements: Requires 15+ years of experience with IDMS, z/OS, and COBOL, along with 10+ years of experience in IDMS SQL and Perfmon. A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.
