Manager, Closing

Finance of America is seeking a Closing Manager to lead the mortgage loan closing process and ensure exceptional service, accuracy, compliance, and timely post-closing execution. This role oversees closing operations, coordinates with title companies, lenders, agents, and internal teams, supervises loan document preparation, funding, quality control, and staff development, and drives process improvements through performance metrics and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive mortgage closing experience, leadership experience, strong knowledge of FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and TRID requirements, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with ReverseVision.
