Job description

Responsibilities: The Math Instructional Coach provides leadership and coaching to tutors to ensure high-quality math intervention delivery using the TutorSmart model. This includes facilitating coaching sessions, analyzing assessment data, and developing training materials to improve student outcomes.

Requirements: Candidates must have 7–10 years of experience in elementary or middle school math intervention and a relevant degree in education. Experience coaching other educators and proficiency with cloud-based technologies are also required.
