Member Contact Center Sales Associates (FT & PT)

Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and use a consultative sales approach to recommend AAA memberships, travel products, and financial services. Assist members with account inquiries, roadside assistance, and travel reservations in a high-volume contact center environment.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma and 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center. Candidates must obtain a Motor Club License within 60 days of hire and maintain a secure, hard-wired internet connection in a distraction-free home environment.
