National Director of Philanthropy - Remote Position

As National Director of Philanthropy, you will lead Bethany’s mid‑level, major, and corporate fundraising teams, building a faith‑rooted, high‑performing group focused on relationships, revenue growth, and donor retention. You will drive mission‑critical priorities that strengthen families and help children thrive. You’ll build a strong revenue pipeline by equipping teams, ensuring accountability, and guiding strategic cultivation plans. You’ll also partner across fundraising and operations, work closely with the Cheif Development Officer, and manage a personal donor portfolio.
