Nurse Manager - Remote (RN Compact License Required)

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our remote Nurse Triage team and oversee daily medical call center operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

Active RN license (Compact preferred)

BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred

5+ years of nurse triage experience

2+ years of leadership experience

Experience with EMR/EHR systems, telehealth platforms, KPIs, HIPAA, and call center operations
