Job description

Responsibilities: Provide high-autonomy clinical care for residents in long-term care facilities via telemedicine to improve stability and reduce hospitalizations. Manage acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with medical directors and nursing teams on individualized care plans.

Requirements: Requires an advanced degree (MSN, DNP, MPAS, or DMSc) and active Arkansas state licensure with board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA). Must possess DEA and BLS certifications, with a preference for 2+ years of geriatric or skilled nursing experience.
