Job description

Responsibilities: The Organizing Director leads the national organizing strategy to grow a multiracial membership base and develop volunteer leaders to win a Green New Deal. They oversee organizing infrastructure, manage key directors, and serve on the Senior Leadership Team to shape organizational priorities.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in multi-racial campaigns and 2 years in an organizing leadership role. Proven experience managing multiple streams of work and supervising 3-4 people is required.
