Job description

Responsibilities: Perform crisis and suicide intervention services, conduct safety assessments, and provide community service referrals via phone and virtual chat. Offer supportive listening and information to callers facing various life challenges.

Requirements: Must be a Florida resident with at least an associate's degree and a combined four years of education and relevant experience. Candidates must pass a level two DCF background screening and a drug test.
