Part-time Telehealth Physician (MD/DO)

Responsibilities: Conduct initial virtual visits to assess medical needs, care gaps, and barriers to care for older adults and complex populations. Establish clinical plans and collaborate with a care team to ensure continuity of care and refine program workflows.

Requirements: Requires an MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license and board certification or eligibility in primary care. Preference is given to candidates with multiple state licenses and experience in telehealth or working with Medicare/Medicaid populations.
