Patient Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities: The specialist is responsible for conducting outbound outreach via calls, SMS, and emails to enroll patients into Protera's care programs. They educate prospective patients on available resources and manage the end-to-end enrollment process to meet company KPIs.

Requirements: Candidates must have proven experience making 150-250 cold calls per day and possess strong empathetic communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment is essential.
