Job description

Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. Provide clinical oversight to BCaBAs and RBTs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams via telehealth.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and active BCBA certification. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and active state licensure where applicable.
