Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry

Responsibilities: Oversees the end-to-end prescription intake workflow to ensure 100% of orders are processed within 24 hours. Responsible for resolving bottlenecks, performing root-cause analysis on errors, and training the data entry team.

Requirements: Requires an active CPhT certification and licensure according to Virginia Board of Pharmacy requirements. Prefers 1-2 years of healthcare data entry experience and familiarity with compounding or specialty pharmacy workflows.
