PODS001: Deputy Head of Curriculum Development and Training

Responsibilities: Assist in leading the design and refinement of STEM curricula and overseeing subject-specific teams. Support the onboarding of instructors and collaborate with corporate and college engagement teams to align educational goals.

Requirements: Requires experience leading a function or managing others and a strong interest in addressing the STEM gender gap. Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and experience with K-12 environments is expected.
