Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Build and manage the operating layer between product, engineering, and operations to streamline delivery and feedback loops. This includes owning the triage of bug reports, running product enablement programs, and instrumenting measurement systems to inform the roadmap.

Requirements: Requires 5-8 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product support within a SaaS environment. Candidates must be technically proficient in the Salesforce or Node/React ecosystem and possess strong data-fluency and diplomatic communication skills.
