Professional Care Manager (RN) - (Medical Oncology) - P/T

Responsibilities: The Professional Care Manager will provide telephonic concierge support to patients navigating their cancer care journey and manage symptoms for existing patients. They will also facilitate new appointments and transitions in care across the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network.

Requirements: Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing school with at least two years of nursing experience and a BSN or related bachelor's degree. Previous case management experience and knowledge of healthcare financial issues are preferred.
