Professional Care Manager (RN) - (Medical Oncology)

Responsibilities: Provide telephonic concierge support and navigation for oncology patients while managing symptoms and triage. Coordinate levels of care, discharge planning, and insurance authorizations to ensure efficient patient transitions.

Requirements: Requires a BSN or related bachelor's degree and at least two years of nursing experience with a valid RN license. Proficiency in technology and experience in medical oncology or telephonic triage is strongly preferred.
