Prosperity Now - Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting. Oversee grant compliance, cost allocations, and coordinate annual financial audits to ensure organizational integrity.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least eight years of progressive financial management experience. Must have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with nonprofit grant accounting and cloud-based financial systems.
