Responsibilities: Acts as the enrollment liaison between Gainwell Technologies, the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare, and the Medicaid provider community. Responsible for processing initial and maintenance enrollment applications while ensuring adherence to state requirements and SLAs.

Requirements: Requires 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in credentialing or regulatory roles. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong analytical and communication skills for complex inquiry resolution.
