Recruiter - High Volume - LTE

Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles, focusing on warehouse, logistics, and pharmacy talent. Act as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert to provide consultative direction to hiring leaders and deliver consistent hiring metrics.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting experience. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and experience with ATS tools like BrassRing is strongly preferred.
