Recruiter

Responsibilities: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals to staff project needs in a timely manner. This includes screening candidates, conducting interviews, and acting as a liaison between client facilities and new hires.

Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma and excellent communication skills, with a goal-oriented nature. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher and previous experience in sales, customer service, or staffing.
