Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities: The Recruiting Manager leads the full-cycle sales recruiting strategy to build high-performing sales teams and 1099 roles nationwide. This includes sourcing passive candidates, optimizing talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Requirements: Candidates should have 3-5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP WorkforceNow, along with experience in merchant services, is highly preferred.
