Referral Representative I

Responsibilities: Handle internal and external customer contact regarding Referral Testing and resolve complex customer issues. Act as a primary liaison between customers and referral vendors.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma and one to two years of clinical laboratory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Systems is required.
