Release Train Manager

Responsibilities: The Release Train Manager is responsible for planning and managing all release activities, including coordinating content, conducting readiness reviews, and producing implementation plans. They also act as a pseudo-Scrum Master to manage daily stand-ups, remove blockers, and ensure development impacts do not delay program timelines.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5-7 years of release and project management experience and at least 3 years of Scrum Master experience with a required certification. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and proficiency in Jira, Clarity, and Smartsheet are necessary.
