Relief Referral Coordinator

Responsibilities: Responsible for the intake, triage, and processing of external patient care requests for ambulatory clinics and diagnostic services. This includes validating referral completeness, assigning priority levels, and routing requests accurately within the Epic system.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor degree combined with 2 to 6 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic. Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with Epic EMR are highly preferred.
