Remote Call Center Representative

Responsibilities: Provide information about EA schools and educational programs to prospective students via telephone. Manage phone transfers and maintain a professional company image while meeting departmental goals.

Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma or GED and basic PC skills with a typing speed of 20-25 wpm. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
