(Remote) DevOps Team Lead

The DevOps Team Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for guiding DevOps engineers, setting team technical direction, and ensuring reliable delivery of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, deployment practices, and production support. This role balances people leadership with direct technical execution, including high-risk production deployments, incident response, and modernization toward a cloud-native, serverless operating model. The Team Lead also translates technical priorities into clear direction for engineers, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
