Right-of-Way Professional

As a Right of Way (ROW) Professional, you will lead property and property rights acquisition activities supporting utility, transmission, substation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. This technical expert develops acquisition strategies, manages landowner negotiations, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses extensive Project Management experience in Right of Way, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead complex acquisition efforts involving multiple stakeholders. This position works closely with clients, engineers, legal counsel, surveyors, appraisers, and landowners throughout all phases of the acquisition process.
