RN Care Manager

Responsibilities: The RN Care Manager acts as a clinical bridge, managing patient triage and ensuring continuity of care within a controlled substance telehealth environment. They conduct independent nursing assessments and route clinical concerns to appropriate resources to maintain patient safety.

Requirements: Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN licensure with at least 4 years of mental health experience and 6 months of telehealth experience. RN Compact Licensure and startup experience are preferred.
