Safety and Support Trainer

As a Safety & Support Trainer at 360 Behavioral Health, you'll empower our clinical teams by delivering engaging training on crisis prevention, safety, and best practices. You'll facilitate virtual and in-person training for Behavior Interventionists and Direct Support Professionals, helping ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide safe, high-quality care. If you're passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), coaching others, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on our team.
