Job description

Responsibilities: The Scheduling Specialist creates and maintains clinician schedules for hospital facilities to ensure all shifts are filled and accurate. They also track clinician hours for payroll processing and coordinate with recruitment and credentialing teams.

Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience in scheduling or healthcare administration. A bachelor's degree and specific experience in physician or advanced practice provider scheduling are preferred.
