Senior Commissioning Project Manager

Senior Commissioning Project Manager serves as the primary client contact and commissioning authority, leading complex, multi-system projects from pursuit through warranty. Responsible for developing scopes, schedules, and commissioning plans; overseeing design reviews, testing, and issue resolution; and ensuring alignment with performance, safety, and quality standards. Manages budgets, forecasts, and project delivery while mentoring staff and supporting team development. Builds strong client relationships, mitigates risks, and ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and closeout. Requires deep knowledge of building systems, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
