Senior Engineer

Brown and Caldwell (BC) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer, focused on biosolids thickening, dewatering, and thermal processes to join our Solids & Energy Practice. This position is a strategic hire to build our capacity to deliver and innovate for our clients.

In this role, you will support business development, lead execution of high-quality solutions, develop talent, and create and enforce standards to drive our technical differentiation from that of our competitors in the technical areas of thickening, dewatering, and conveyance of thickened sludge and dewatered cake.

Remote work from the continental U.S. is allowed; preferred location would be near one of our offices in the Western U.S.
