Job description

Responsibilities: Lead annual compliance and governance processes for global entities across EMEA, South America, and APAC, including drafting legal documents and managing board meetings. Manage US registrations across all 50 states and maintain the corporate entity management system.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in US and international entity governance. Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and possess strong communication skills for interacting with C-suite executives and shareholders.
